According to Ishkhan Saghatelyan, no final document will be signed in Sochi, Russia. The Armenian opposition MP told this to a press conference Monday—and reflecting on the tripartite meeting between the leaders of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan, which is planned in Sochi today.
"We will get familiarized with the rest of the results in the evening and tomorrow, we will respond accordingly," Saghatelyan added.
