There are some principal disagreements with the Armenian authorities regarding the foreign policy which concerns Artsakh as well as different programs, Artak Beglaryan, who is leaving his post as the Minister of State of Artsakh, told reporters.

"The principle of Artsakh people's self-determination should not be questioned. There are disagreements with some colleagues," he added.

Beglaryan explained that he expresses his discontent. "Partly it has an impact, partly it does not. I try to solve these issues in working order because in this difficult period we have to conduct effective cooperation," the official noted.

He said that 60,000 people attended the rally in Stepanakert on October 30.
