The ambassador of Russia to Armenia is confident that despite all the difficulties and challenges facing the two countries, their spiritual core is strong enough for their relations to overcome all those challenges and for them to live together and work together in the future, preserving their shared cultural and religious traditions. Sergey Kopirkin noted about this during a meeting Monday with the students and faculty of Valery Brusov State University in Yerevan.

According to him, the shared nature of their deep strategic interests also speaks in favor of this. He added that relations between Armenia and Russia have an age-old history.

"It is very important that over the centuries, both the Armenian and Russian sides have always had and remain people who are concerned about our relations and treat Armenia, the Armenian people, and Russia, the Russian people with sincere love. Such people form the spiritual core that unites our countries," Kopirkin said.
