First Deputy Chairman of Russian State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, Communist Party deputy Kazbek Taysaev said they could not imagine Armenia without Russia and Russia without Armenia. His remarks came during a briefing in Armenian parliament on Thursday.

According to him, the countries are connected by a great victory, which no one can take away. "We are also connected by common culture, history, religion and faith," he added.

Taysaev noted that the parliamentary cooperation component should play an even more important role in solving the problems Armenia and Russia are facing.
