The signing of the document between Armenia and Azerbaijan depends on several factors. First and foremost, it is about how the national interests of Armenia will be respected, said Gevork Papoyan, an MP from the ruling Citizens' Agreement Party, during his traditional briefings at the National Assembly on Thursday.
The MP was asked, in particular, whether it was possible to sign the document before the end of this year.
"I can say both yes and no. Because it depends on both sides. Specifically on Armenia, it depends on whether its red lines are observed. We can't sign a document in conditions where our red lines are violated," Papoyan noted.
