Iran and Armenia are neighboring and friendly countries, and have always successfully cooperated in various fields, Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Abbas Badakhshan Zohouri told NEWS.am on Wednesday, when asked about the possibility of deepening cooperation in the defense sphere.
He said that various issues are being discussed. "This is an internal topic. It will be announced if necessary," the ambassador added.
