The Karabakh people, who remained in Yerevan because of the blockade of Artsakh, organized a procession on December 31.
They walked from Yerevan City Hall with lighted candles towards Yerablur, where they will celebrate the New Year. Artak Beglaryan, adviser to Artsakh State Minister, Gegham Stepanyan, human rights defender of Karabakh, and Arman Tatoyan, former Ombudsman of Armenia, also took part in the procession.
