Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, announced at Friday’s press briefing that the visit of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to Azerbaijan at the end of this month was in the process of development.
"As for the visit, such a visit is being developed, we will inform about the details when it is already agreed," said Zakharova.
