Armenia on February 22 signed a trilateral memorandum of understanding for $250 million with Lydian Armenia, which owns the license to operate the mine.
The document was signed with the Eurasian Development Bank and Lydian Armenia CJSC.
Armenia will receive a 12.5% stake in Lydian Armenia for operating the Amulsar gold mine.
Kerobyan said earlier that the document will allow restarting another mine, the obligations on which have existed for a long time.
