It is an ungrateful task to predict whether Azerbaijan's recent actions could lead to full-scale military actions. Speaker Alen Simonyan of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia stated this while speaking with reporters at the NA Monday.

"We must always be ready for an attack [by Azerbaijan] every minute; we work with that logic. The work, reforms aimed at the [Armenian] army are proceeding according to that logic. That is, regardless of whether there will be provocations or not, we follow that logic. There have been constant shootings since the first Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] war [in the early 1990s]," said the Armenian parliament speaker.
