The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) of Armenia, in its meeting Monday, announced its verdict regarding disciplinary action against Judge Davit Harutyunyan of the Yerevan Criminal Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction.
In particular, the SJC terminated Harutyunyan's powers as a judge "on the basis of a considerable disciplinary violation."
To note, the bailiffs did not allow reporters to attend this meeting, noting that there was not enough room inside.
