Individual countries are working on finding ways to resolve this issue, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, told reporters, evading the question whether it's possible to deliver humanitarian aid to Artsakh by helicopters and planes that Russian peacekeepers have.

“As for humanitarian assistance, as we understand, individual countries and international structures are working out various options for resolving this issue,” she said.

As a result of the establishment of a checkpoint by Azerbaijan on the Lachin [Berdzor] Corridor, the communication between Artsakh and Armenia was interrupted. Since June 15, Azerbaijan has blocked the entry of humanitarian cargo, and since July 11 - the transportation of seriously ill patients by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
