Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) resident Davit Minasyan, who impersonates Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan on Facebook, was taken to a police station, where, according to Minasyan, violence was committed against him.
"I am free now. But I have many complaints. I want to know why the police caught, took me to the Askeran [region] police station, tried me for 1 day. They beat me; they will answer for it. What right did they have to beat me?" Davit Minasyan wrote on Facebook.
