We are in favor of deepening cooperation with Turkey, including in Transcaucasia. This was stated by the Russian foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov, at a joint press conference with his Turkish counterpart.

"We are interested in contributing to the normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia, as well as the implementation of all agreements reached between the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia since November 2022, including in connection with transport links, de-blocking of [regional] communications, as well as post-conflict reconstruction. We are convinced that Turkey can play a very constructive and useful role in these efforts," said the Russian FM.
