The Rome Statute will be fully ratified by Armenia. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this during Wednesday’s National Assembly-government question-and-answer session.
"And it has nothing to do with Armenia-Russia relations; it has to do with Armenia's security issues," Pashinyan added.
