YEREVAN. – In his Facebook account, Armenia’s PM Tigran Sargsyan reflected on the video which the country’s media have released.

“I understand many of you were amused by the video, with sound problems, which was shot and released by H1 [state-run Public Television] from the Sports and Concert Complex. And today they are attempting to present that sound problem as a proof that I was allegedly drunk. I, too, watched the video and, to be honest, it amused me, too,” PM wrote in his Facebook account.

According to comments, Tigran Sargsyan was inebriated when he had delivered remarks, at the Sports and Concert Complex, during a concert marking Youth Day.
