This was stated by the Primate of Tavush Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, at a meeting with IT specialists on 23 May. According to him, they meet with specialists from different spheres and ask to involve 3 specialists from each sphere - according to their desires and abilities.

"This is the method now, there is no other method. I believe that this moment is not as important as the period after, as people seek certainty, not uncertainty," Galstanyan said.
