YEREVAN. - Back in October leader of Armenian opposition Levon Ter-Petrosyan forecasted series of resignations which, as we can see, were made in November, said opposition activist, chief editor of Haykakan Zhamanak daily Nikol Pashinyan.

Addressing the participants of the Armenian National Congress rally, Pashinyan recalled the recent resignation of Chief of Police Alik Sargsyan. He stressed that the ANC had chanted slogans “Alik, hooligan!”

“Resignation of Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan was announced five days after the ANC rally. Serzh Sargsyan does not trust members of his family anymore and tries to dismiss them,” Pashinyan said recalling the resignation of Michael Minasyan, former deputy head of presidential staff and son-in-law of the incumbent president.
