No part of the territory of the Republic of Armenia will be and has been handed over to any other country. Gegharkunik Province Governor Karen Sargsyan told this to reporters after the Armenian government’s Cabinet meeting Thursday.

To the question whether the Azerbaijani troops could withdraw from Armenia as a result of border delimitation between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the governor said: "Definitely. I am sure that the sovereign territory of Armenia will be the sovereign territory of Armenia. I am sure that the adversary will leave our sovereign territories."
