If not the Almaty Declaration, then, according to you, what should become the legal basis for our work? Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan asked this question to reporters at the National Assembly of Armenia Monday.

"If you don't know, then you should trust us. Your assessments are not true. We have neither given [to,] nor received territory [from, Azerbaijan]; the border has been restored," said Grigoryan

But he did not want to talk about the Goris-Kapan motorway section where the Azerbaijanis have advanced.

"Let's not get off topic, it's not about this. I am constrained to give very substantive answers, as there is a working procedure that clearly defines that we stay within the framework that is publicized. But yes, all issues are discussed," said Grigoryan.
