I am not going to answer that question because we have repeatedly stated our position on what will happen in the future. I will not make predictions; I will not speak with ultimatums. Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, stated this speaking with reporters at the NA Wednesday—and referring to the question whether he rules out that at some point Armenia will give in to Azerbaijan's demand to change its constitution.

"We have proposed a solution for it as well, which is obvious. I think we should not try to play with our ‘muscles’ or prove something to each other, but find solutions," said Simonyan.

And regarding the possibility of the withdrawal of Azerbaijani troops from the territory of Armenia, the NA speaker said: "I will not reveal the points of the peace treaty. But logic suggests that when we talk about specifying the border based on the principles of the Almaty Declaration, it implies that if Armenia or Azerbaijan recognizes that beyond this line is the territory of another country, it should be restored. I am sure that by signing a peace treaty, we will achieve it, and Azerbaijan will withdraw from the parts where it is in front, and we will specify the border with which Armenia became independent on September 21 [of 1991]."
