Our dialogue with Turkey is developing in a positive way. Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated this during the question-and-answer session with the government at the National Assembly of Armenia on Wednesday—and referring to his last meeting with his Turkish counterpart.

"I believe we already have some tangible progress, including the use of airspace and other matters. There are some confidence-building measures that we plan to do together. Of course, we have an agreement according to which the [Armenian-Turkish] border would be at least partially open. Unfortunately, it is not a reality yet, but we will work in that direction," Mirzoyan emphasized

“Our dialogue is developing at a positive pace and has a positive content. My hope is that in the near future we will see new and new tangible achievements," added the Armenian FM.
