Progress has been achieved in the matter of delimitation and demarcation of the border in Tavush Province of Armenia and, in particular, near Kirants village. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, stated this during the question-and-answer session with the government at the National Assembly of Armenia on Wednesday—and answering the questions of opposition MPs.
According to the PM, this success should become widespread.
"This is a great success. And, first of all, related to security. Do you remember when everyone was talking about how children will go to school in Kirants village? Children [there now] go to school with pleasure and a sense of security. Going to school in Kirants has never been safer in the last 35 years. We want to create such a situation in all border villages of Armenia," added Pashinyan.
