Those matters are in the diplomatic domain at the highest level. Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan stated this in an interview with Armenian News-NEWS.am, when asked what was being done so that the Azerbaijani troops leave the territories they have occupied in Armenia.
"These matters will be resolved diplomatically," said Papikyan.
