We hope that, ultimately, it will be possible to achieve not only the implementation of the agreements reached with Turkey, but also the complete normalization of the relations between the two countries, including the establishment of diplomatic relations and the complete opening of the borders. Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan told this to reporters after the Armenian government’s cabinet meeting Thursday.

Kostanyan noted the aforementioned in connection with Turkish foreign minister Hakan Fidan's statement that the normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations is possible only when Armenia-Azerbaijan relations are normalized.
