The peace treaty can conflict with the constitution, the latter cannot conflict with any international treaty. The President of the Constitutional Court of Armenia, Arman Dilanyan stated this, speaking with the media, and added that the international treaty was a normal constitutional procedure.
Dilanyan, however, did not rule out amending the constitution for signing this treaty, or before and after it.
"Theoretically, everything is possible," he said.
