I believe that the events that took place in 2020-2022 and are continuing—including in the information field in the form of attacks—prove that Armenia must solve its problems independently, balancing them with foreign political support, international legitimacy, and combat readiness of the army, and building a democratic country. Armenian defense minister Suren Papikyan told this to a press conference Wednesday—and answering the question about the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
Papikyan added that he confirms every day that as long as Armenia’s CSTO partners have not changed their position, the country's position will follow from it, and it will be in the interests of Armenia.
