Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Samvel Shahramanyan, accompanied by a number of Artsakh MPs, visited the Yerablur Military Pantheon in Yerevan Wednesday.
They laid flowers at the graves of the fallen soldiers.
Exactly nine years ago on this day, Azerbaijan launched an attack on Artsakh. The war lasted four days and stopped with the mediation of Russia.
