We are genuinely committed to promoting peace and stability in our region, said Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili at the Antalya Diplomatic Forum.
She stated that a peaceful and secure South Caucasus is a top priority for Georgia, according to Georgia’s First Channel.
“We recognize that our region has enormous potential, and to fully unlock that potential, we need lasting and sustainable peace.
That is why we strongly welcome the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia. I believe it is a great achievement. We should also highlight the traditionally exceptionally good relations that Georgia maintains with both of its neighbors — Armenia and Azerbaijan. We are genuinely interested in promoting peace and stability in our region.
That is why we always say — and I will repeat it here — that Georgia is a place both Armenia and Azerbaijan can rely on, knowing that we will provide every possible means to support dialogue and cooperation in our region,” said Maka Bochorishvili.
