Some trucks exporting brandy alcohol have been released. But unfortunately, the problem is not resolved because resolving a problem means institutionally understanding what the reason is. This was stated by the Minister of Economy of Armenia, Gevorg Papoyan, speaking with reporters after Thursday’s government Cabinet meeting—and referring to the fact that Armenian trucks exporting brandy alcohol to Russia are being stopped in Georgia, their seals are being broken, samples are being taken and sent for analysis, while this product is not for Georgia, and the latter is simply a transit country.

“I shall be honest here. The reasons are incomprehensible to us, we are trying to find a solution to the problem at all levels. I want to note that we have a preliminary agreement in the coming days, perhaps I will visit Georgia to resolve, understand the issues already on the spot," added Papoyan.
