A short while ago, the situation in the sessions’ hall of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia became tense during the address of ruling majority Civil Contract Faction member Vahagn Aleksanyan.

At that moment, laughter was heard from the hall, to which Aleksanyan responded harshly.

Subsequently, Artur Sargsyan, a member of the opposition "Armenia" Faction, shouted something from his seat, to which NA deputy speaker Ruben Rubinyan, who was chairing the session, reacted coarsely.

And when Sargsyan shouted from his seat that one cannot say such things to him, Vahagn Aleksanyan responded severely.

Ruben Rubinyan issued a warning to Artur Sargsyan.

And a little later, he issued a warning also to Civil Contract Faction member Tigran Parsilyan, since he also was shouting from his seat.
