A parliamentary hearing of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) began Wednesday at the Artsakh representation in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia.
It is dedicated to Artsakh Constitution Day.
The hearing began with the national anthem of Artsakh and the Lord’s Prayer.
