Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, along with disloyal senior clergy, is participating in the Armenian Christmas Eve Candlelight Divine Liturgy at Saint Sargis Church in downtown Yerevan.
It is noteworthy that at this moment there is virtually no one in the church, and only police officers are present.
At the same time, an Armenian Christmas Eve Candlelight Divine Liturgy is taking place at the Mother Cathedral of Etchmiadzin, and presided over by Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II.
Earlier today, Nikol Pashinyan had issued a statement calling on everyone to participate in a procession on Tuesday, January 6—the Armenian Christmas day—which will start at 1:30pm from the courtyard of the Saint Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral downtown Yerevan and head to the Holy Mother of God Katoghike Church in downtown Yerevan.
