Vicken Euljekjian, who returned from captivity in Azerbaijan, has health issues. Zareh Sinanyan, High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of Armenia, told this to reporters Thursday.

“He has back problems, [his] neck is in a brace, he will need surgery in the future. But he is in a good mood, he is happy, he is joyful for being in Armenia,” Sinanyan added.

Also, the diaspora commissioner noted that Euljekjian, who is a Lebanese Armenian, wants to stay in Armenia.
