Armenia is committed to fully normalizing its relations with Turkey, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated in his address Wednesday at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) session in Strasbourg, France.
There is progress. And the opening of borders, the establishment of diplomatic relations, and the restoration of railway connections will be an important contribution to the strengthening of regional stability and prosperity, added the Armenian FM.
