There is no conflict between the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Armenian state, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a press briefing Thursday..
“There is a person who has seized power in the [Armenian Apostolic] Church and who under no circumstances can hold this position. We will take all permissible and legal measures to remove him from this undeserved position,” Pashinyan added, referring to the Catholicos of All Armenians, Karekin II.
