We have no decision on running in the elections; if we have one, we will say so. Armenia’s third president, Serzh Sargsyan, told this to reporters today in the courtyard of the Anti-Corruption Court.
Speaking about the chances of running in the upcoming parliamentary elections with a united opposition front, he said: “Events show that uniting the opposition is a very difficult task. It is not about going [to the elections] with one [electoral] list; I believe you think so, too. Let’s see.”
Sargsyan added that they have adopted a principle that their target is only the incumbent Armenian authorities and PM Nikol Pashinyan.
“That's how we do it, and we will continue to do so,” added Armenia’s third president.
