The European Union (EU) constantly puts Armenia before a choice: to be with Russia or the EU, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated during a meeting with the visiting speaker of the Armenian National Assembly, Alen Simonyan.
"As for the European Union partners, they constantly put the given country before a choice: ‘either with us or with them [i.e. Russia],’" Lavrov said.
