The volume of investments in the Firebird project may reach up to $4 billion. The project concerns an artificial intelligence center. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at a briefing today, February 13.

“We have joint investments with the United States within the framework of TRIPP, in border management issues and in the field of nuclear energy. In all these cases, we are talking about investments; which of them will be private and which state-owned is not yet known,” Pashinyan noted.

Answering a question from News of Armenia – NEWS.am, Pashinyan said that the agreement was signed so that the United States would disclose other nuances of the technology, making it possible to fully assess it. “We also discussed this with the Russian Federation; there is technology there as well, but it is located on water, because a submarine reactor is an adapted version. We asked our Russian partners to organize an expert visit in order to have the opportunity to gain access to this technology; however, it is not located on land. The agreement was signed with the United States to obtain the necessary information for the next layer,” he said.
