A court has just acquitted Prosperous Armenia party leader Gagik Tsarukyan.
"To recognize and declare defendant Gagik Tsarukyan not guilty under Part 2 of Article 154.2 (Giving an electoral bribe) of the Criminal Code of Armenia. To recognize defendant Sedrak Arustamyan guilty of committing the act provided for under Part 2 of Article 154.2 of the Criminal Code of Armenia," the judge stated.
