YEREVAN. – Well-informed sources have conveyed that the ruling coalition’s Prosperous Armenia Party’s (PAP) 2,000 video cameras already have arrived in the country, Irates De Facto writes.

“According to our PAP sources, there still needs to be decided as to how they will be used. Will they be handled as real property, that is, will they be attached to the ballot box or the [election] commission members—[but] in this case they can record a very limited space? Or, will they be given to those persons or representatives who earned them, so the latter can indulge in ‘directing,’ [and] with a wider space [in the forthcoming National Assembly elections],” Irates De Facto writes.
