TBILISI. – Georgia’s capital Tbilisi is the cultural and historical capital of the entire Caucasus, Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili stated in Kutaisi city.  

“Tbilisi is the historical and cultural capital of Armenia and Azerbaijan alike. Tbilisi is a historical and cultural center for all,” Saakashvili announced, Gruzia Online news agency of Georgia reports.
