Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan arrived in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Tuesday.

He will attend events marking Victory Day, and 20th anniversaries of the NKR Defense Army and the liberation of Shushi city.  

The Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II had arrived in Karabakh on Monday.
