YEREVAN. - Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) leader Gagik Tsarukyan congratulated citizens on the Day of Victory.

He, in particular, congratulated all on the Day of Victory, stating he knees down before the memory of all martyrs of the World War II who died for the peace. 20 years ago on the same day the Armenians repeated the great victory by liberating Shushi city in Nagorno-Karabakh.
