YEREVAN. – All those who had hopes of being financed by Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Chairman and oligarch Gagik Tsarukyan, and who were told to apply after the May 6 parliamentary elections, are afraid these days to apply to PAP leader, Hraparak daily writes.   

“They say he is in great rage, he is displeased with the election results, it is impossible to apply to him,” said the daily’s source who, prior to the elections, was promised financial for the program he was going to introduce, Hraparak writes.
