YEREVAN. – Brief rain and thunderstorms, with a chance of hail in separate regions, are expected primarily for the northern parts of Armenia on Saturday and for most parts of the country on April 20-23, the Ministry of Emergency Situations informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The winds will blow at a velocity of 2-7 m/second in the southeast, but this will increase to 18-23 m/second during the thunderstorms.

The temperatures will drop by 2-4 degrees Celsius (°C) between May 21 and 22.  

There is a small probability of rain in the capital city Yerevan for Saturday, but brief rainfall and thunderstorms are expected on May 20-23.

The temperature in Yerevan will be 29-31°C on Saturday afternoon, 26-28°C in the evening, 13-15°C in the early hours of Sunday, and 29-31°C on Sunday afternoon.
