YEREVAN. – In all likelihood, the opposition Armenian National Congress will boycott the new National Assembly’s first ceremonious session, which will be held on Thursday, Zhoghovurd daily writes.

“The Congress-member seven MPs will not attend the session, where [President] Serzh Sargsyan likewise will be on hand.

According to our information, the Armenian National Congress might not attend also the ceremony of presenting parliamentary mandates at the Central Electoral Commission. But those in the Congress officially say there is still no definite decision on this matter,” Zhoghovurd writes.
