YEREVAN. – Armenia’s political circles are chitchatting that Health Minister Harutyun Kushkyan could leave the Prosperous Armenia Party and continue working as minister, Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun (CI) daily writes.

“In the meantime, according to CI’s information, Kushkyan decided to give up his ministerial post.

Also, [National Assembly’s former Speaker and ruling Republican Party] RPA member Samvel Nikoyan will have his spot in the executive [power]. He could be either [Labor and] Social Affairs or Urban Development Minister. PM Tigran Sargsyan actively lobbied for him.

Incidentally, Sargsyan interceded to [President and RPA leader] Serzh Sargsyan so that RPA member Nature Protection Minister Aram Harutyunyan continue in this capacity.

To add, Transport and Communication Minister Manuk Vardanyan likewise will not continue his ministerial career,” Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun daily writes.
