STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan on Thursday received Armenian philanthropist Ruben Vardanyan from the Russian Federation.

After a tête-à-tête meeting, issues related to the realization of a variety of programs in Nagorno-Karabakh were examined during an extended-format discussion, with the participation of several members of the Cabinet, Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

President Sahakyan expressed his gratitude to the philanthropist for his assistance shown to Nagorno-Karabakh, and noted that deepening and widening of economic ties with the Diaspora have vital significance for NKR’s development.

PM Ara Harutunyan and other officials attended the meeting.
