YEREVAN. – Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Political Council member Tigran Urikhanyan denied the information, according to which PAP Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan wished to meet with US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, while she was in Armenia, but she refused to meet with him, Iravunk daily writes.  

“I believe it is apparent for everyone that if Gagik Tsarukyan wishes, first, these wishes are objective, optimal, and correspond to his significant role in Armenia’s political field and along the lines of his respective international acceptance.   

And second, these wishes are corresponding and are carried out, if there are such [wishes].

So, who is US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton to refuse [to meet with] PAP Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan?”, Iravunk writes.
